Where we are
Launch stage, stated plainly.
Civic Grounds Group is a new company. We have no client list to show you, no project photography, no awards and no years-in-business figure — and we are not going to imply otherwise, because you would find out.
What exists today is the operating model: a written specification per property, scope defined by zone, scheduled quality inspections against that specification, documented completion, and improvement recommendations ahead of each season. Those are checkable now, which is more than most vendors can say about their photographs.

Five things, consistently.
Precision
Every edge, bed, planter and walkway is managed against a defined standard rather than against whatever the crew has time for.
Stewardship
The job is to protect the long-term condition and appearance of a property, which sometimes means recommending work we are not currently contracted to do.
Accountability
Scheduled service, documented inspection and a standing list of open items. You should never have to take our word for what happened on a property you were not standing on.
Civic presentation
High-traffic and public-facing exteriors affect tenant confidence, visitor experience and how a place is regarded. That is a different job from cutting grass.
Continuous improvement
Preserving a property is the baseline. Identifying what should change, and sequencing it across seasons, is the actual value.
People
Who you will deal with.
Named contacts are published once roles are filled and the individuals have consented to appear. Every managed property is assigned a named point of contact and a written escalation path regardless.
Credentials
Insurance and licensing.
Certificates of insurance and any applicable licences are provided directly on request, and to any property before an agreement is executed. We do not publish licence or certification claims here until the corresponding documents are on file and current — a badge on a website proves nothing.
Independence
Who we are not.
Civic Grounds Group is an independent company. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any developer, government body, municipality, economic-development organisation or client. Where we work in a public right of way, we do so under an agreement with the controlling authority or property owner — and we will name that agreement if you ask.
