Capability

Downtown and Streetscape Management

A downtown block is judged at walking pace, from four feet away. The work is detailed, highly visible and unforgiving of a missed week — which is why it is managed block by block against a written standard rather than by general grounds routine.

Limits

What is not included.

Published because an unstated boundary becomes a dispute later, and because a vendor who tells you what they do not do is easier to trust on what they do.

  • Work in the public right of way is performed only under an agreement with the controlling authority or property owner. Civic Grounds Group does not represent itself as authorised in any right of way absent that agreement.
  • Snow and ice work in the pedestrian environment is scoped separately and is subject to the capacity conditions stated on that page.

Every scope on this page is written against a specific property. Start with an assessment.
