Snow is a capacity business before it is a service business. It depends on equipment, staffing and how many properties are committed in a given zone — so it is offered only where that capacity is confirmed in writing for the season ahead.

Limits
What is not included.
Published because an unstated boundary becomes a dispute later, and because a vendor who tells you what they do not do is easier to trust on what they do.
- No response-time guarantee is offered or implied at any point before an executed agreement.
- Service is limited to the zones and surfaces named in that agreement.
- Roof snow, structural ice removal and work at height are excluded.
