Capability

Snow and Ice Management

Snow is a capacity business before it is a service business. It depends on equipment, staffing and how many properties are committed in a given zone — so it is offered only where that capacity is confirmed in writing for the season ahead.

Available by agreement

Offered by seasonal agreement only, and only where equipment and staffing capacity for the service zone has been confirmed in advance. Civic Grounds Group publishes no response-time guarantee. Any timing commitment appears in the executed agreement for a specific property, or it does not exist.

Limits

What is not included.

Published because an unstated boundary becomes a dispute later, and because a vendor who tells you what they do not do is easier to trust on what they do.

  • No response-time guarantee is offered or implied at any point before an executed agreement.
  • Service is limited to the zones and surfaces named in that agreement.
  • Roof snow, structural ice removal and work at height are excluded.
