  • Grounds Crew Member

    Full-time, seasonal and year-round tracks

    Perform recurring grounds work on commercial and public-facing properties to a written specification.

    Responsibilities

    • Mowing, edging, trimming and bed care to the property specification
    • Detail work in high-visibility pedestrian zones
    • Recording site conditions and open items during visits
    • Maintaining professional conduct and site presentation on client properties

    Requirements

    • Valid driver’s licence
    • Reliable attendance and punctuality
    • Willingness to work to a written standard rather than by habit
    • Physical capacity for outdoor work across seasons

  • Crew Leader

    Full-time

    Lead a crew across a route of managed properties and own the quality result on each one.

    Responsibilities

    • Run a daily route against each property’s written specification
    • Conduct and record quality checks before leaving a property
    • Identify and report conditions requiring escalation
    • Coach crew members on standards and site conduct

    Requirements

    • Prior commercial grounds or landscape experience
    • Valid driver’s licence and clean driving record
    • Comfort communicating directly with property contacts
    • Ability to read and work from a written scope document
