These terms cover your use of this website. They do not constitute a proposal, a quotation or a service agreement, and nothing on this site creates a contractual obligation on either party. Services are provided only under a separately executed written agreement for a specific property.

Information on this site

Service descriptions on this site state intended scope and method. They are not a warranty of outcome and they are not a representation that any particular capability, crew, equipment or service area is currently available in your location. Availability is confirmed in writing for a specific property.

Where a capability is marked by agreement or planned, that label is accurate and material. In particular, snow and ice management is offered only where capacity for a service zone has been confirmed in advance, and no response-time guarantee is offered or implied anywhere on this site. Any timing commitment exists only in an executed agreement.

Illustrations and prototypes

All drawings, diagrams and scenes on this site are original conceptual illustrations. They do not depict completed projects, existing clients or actual properties. The reporting prototype is a non-functional design prototype: it holds no data, provides no account access, and does not describe a system currently in operation.

Independence

Civic Grounds Group is an independent company. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any developer, government body, municipality, economic-development organisation or client. No content on this site should be read as claiming such a relationship.

Intellectual property

The Civic Grounds Groupname, logo, wordmark and the original illustrations on this site belong to the company. The typefaces used are licensed under the SIL Open Font License 1.1. Open-source software used in this website is listed with its licence in the project’s open-source audit.

Submissions

By submitting the assessment form you confirm that you are authorised to share the information and any files you attach, and that doing so does not breach an obligation you owe to someone else. Do not submit confidential information belonging to a third party.

Availability

We aim to keep this site available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and we may change content at any time.

Limitation

To the extent permitted by law, Civic Grounds Group is not liable for loss arising from reliance on information published on this website, as distinct from obligations under an executed service agreement.
