Portfolio

Our portfolio is being documented as projects enter service.

Civic Grounds Group is new. Rather than fill this page with stock photography or someone else’s work, we have published the structure every case study will follow — and we will fill it in as real properties come under management.

What a case study will contain

The record we intend to publish.

Photography will be our own, taken on the property, dated, and published only with the owner’s permission. Before-and-after pairs will be shot from the same position — a before image taken from a worse angle is a sales trick, not documentation.

In the meantime

Judge the method instead.

A portfolio tells you what a company did for someone else. A written specification tells you what it will do for you, and it is checkable on day one. Ours is published in full.
