Capability
Commercial Landscape Management
A property under management is not a series of visits. It is a defined scope, a schedule, an inspection cadence and a record of what was done. This is the core programme, and every other capability attaches to it.

Limits
What is not included.
Published because an unstated boundary becomes a dispute later, and because a vendor who tells you what they do not do is easier to trust on what they do.
- Pesticide and herbicide application requiring a state applicator licence is performed only by appropriately licensed personnel or a licensed partner. Licence details are supplied on request and are not claimed here.
- Irrigation repair, backflow testing and system certification are coordinated with qualified partners rather than performed in-house.
- Arborist work requiring certification is referred or subcontracted to a certified arborist.
